I doodled the border and then attached sequins the green "Hey You!" was cut out from the Basic Grey Packaging. Just a quick fun layout but I really like how it came out :)

Hey You! Smile
I may or may not have a slight sequin addiction. I've used them on my last 3 layouts.....lol This is my son Derek and our good friends dog Penny back in 2011. Used the Spencer Kit from Studio Calico
