This Moment

I found this pattern paper in the Spring 2012 Somerset Studio Magazine and new I would be using it someday, I loved the dandelions and the wistful feel of the paper.  The photo isn't the greatest but it's a fond memory of my kiddo's from back in the fall of 2004.  Of course I did some challenges, they are always great starting prompts :)  I did the CorieJ's use 213 in 2013 Challenge over at 2Peas   Art supplies I used are water colours and modeling paste,  my something see thru is vellum and I used a Flair Button (however I don't think that's what she meant...lol).  I combined this challenge with a Stenciling Challenge from Tracy S at SCRAP THAT!  I used the water colours to "wash" over the banners and the heart and I also used some blue water colour paint for the birds and the letter stickers.  To add texture to the dandelions I used the Heidi Swapp Confetti stencil for the centers.  I really love how it came together!
